Intempt Technologies invites you to join as a Product Owner, leveraging your Design (UI/UX) or Customer Success/Support background to effectively transform customer insights into product strategy. In this role, you will embody proactive leadership, focusing on aligning UI/UX design with customer needs, Onboarding documentation and managing our customer demos, conducting impactful product demonstrations, and enhancing product quality through customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Leadership: Advocate for the voice of the customer in product strategy and roadmap.
Product Documentation: Develop concise, informative product guides for internal and external stakeholders.
UI/UX Focus: Collaborate to ensure product design meets customer expectations.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to derive valuable insights and feedback.
Product Demos: Lead and execute compelling product demonstrations.
Quality Assurance: Partner with teams to maintain high product standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in User Centric Design or Customer Success or a related field.
Some proficiency in technology/SaaS product management concepts.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to use Figma for prototyping are a significant plus.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Skilled in translating customer feedback into product requirements.
Language:
At least an intermediate level of spoken and written English to facilitate clear communication with team members and clients.
