Location: Remote (GMT+2 Working Hours +/- 2 hours)
Type: Full-time, ~3+ years commercial experience
What You’ll Do:
Own the end-to-end video production process: concept, scriptwriting, recording, editing, and final delivery. Design supporting visuals for each video: custom thumbnails, UI overlays, motion graphics, and animation assets using tools like Illustrator and Photoshop. Produce a variety of content formats: YouTube walkthroughs, product explainers, customer interviews, ad creatives, social media clips, and more. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content marketing to align videos with our funnel and business goals. Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized content for omnichannel use across LinkedIn, Web, YouTube and Twitter Review and improve existing video assets with a focus on storytelling, clarity, and conversion. Track and analyze performance of each video asset, iterate on what works, and propose scalable content formats. Manage the video production calendar and maintain fast, efficient production workflows. About You:
You have 1+ years of experience in video content production with a strong SaaS/B2C portfolio. You’re confident both behind and in front of the camera, and know how to direct others when needed. You’re fluent in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. You have strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. You understand how to visually communicate product features, pain points, and value props in a simple and engaging way. You’re a strong storyteller who can simplify complex topics and make them emotionally resonant. You’re organized, self-driven, and thrive in a high-velocity, high-ownership environment. You care deeply about quality and have a strong eye for detail, pacing, color, and brand alignment. Skills You Bring:
A hybrid creative/technical skillset — equal parts storyteller, designer, and video editor. Strong scripting and copywriting instincts tailored to B2B tech audiences. Visual communication skills: you know how to make software look sharp, clean, and compelling on screen. Time management and self-motivation to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
