Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Remote (GMT+2 Working Hours +/- 2 hours)
Type: Full-time, ~2+ years commercial experience

What You’ll Do:

Lead outbound outreach: craft and send personalized emails, and DMs to drive interest and start conversations.
Monitor and reply to community posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit and Slack with relevant, helpful responses.
Support Product launches: engage with commenters, respond to feedback, and amplify launches via outreach.
Coordinate with marketing team to test and run ad campaigns that drive traffic and signups.
Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right channel.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate contact details, lead statuses, and notes from conversations.
Assist in light client management: follow up on onboarding steps, gather feedback, and ensure smooth handoffs.
Report on outreach metrics, lead flow, and feedback loops to inform content, product, and go-to-market strategies.

About You:

You have 1+ years of experience in sales, growth, or community roles (SaaS or B2B is a bonus).
You’re naturally curious, proactive, and energized by conversations — both 1:1 and in public forums.
You write clearly and persuasively, and enjoy crafting outreach messages that don’t feel like spam.
You’re comfortable navigating Product directories, communities, and social platforms to find prospects.
You’re not afraid to experiment — you try new tactics, measure results, and adjust quickly.
You’re organized, self-driven, and thrive in a high-ownership environment with minimal hand-holding.
You care about delivering value, whether it’s to a potential user, current customer, or internal teammate.

Skills You Bring:

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your tone to different audiences.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms (we use HubSpot).
A growth mindset: you’re constantly learning and iterating to improve your approach.
Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and community threads without dropping the ball.
A general understanding of the SaaS landscape and how buyers evaluate products.

Training & Growth:

At Intempt, we’re building a tight-knit team where every person shapes the product and go-to-market motion. You’ll receive hands-on onboarding, shadow product calls, and get direct support from marketing and product.

Hiring Process:

An introductory call with marketing (30 min)
A practical async task: a short task to evaluate your copywriting & outreach approach
Final round with our founder + marketing to discuss the role and future growth path (30 min)
